Exhibitors Info

Starting on September 26, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., exhibitors can collect their badges and parking passes from the ROMEXPO ASSISTANCE OFFICE, located in B3 Hall.

SETTING UP PERIOD (September 26-29, 2025)

• September 26-29, 2025 is the period for the construction of the own stands, access is allowed (free) between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., at gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei no. 1) or D (Str. Parcului, Mercedes dealership)
• September 28-29, 2025 are the days for setting up the stands built with ROMEXPO, access is allowed (free) between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

EXHIBITION PERIOD (September 30 – October 3, 2025)

• During the fair, access to the parking lot will be at Gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei no. 1) based on the exhibitor badge.

PRESENCE AT THE STAND

Exhibitors must be present at the stand during the exhibition/visiting schedule.

• September 30 – October 2, 2025, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
• October 3, 2025, between 9:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m

DISMANTLING THE STAND / RELEASE OF EXHIBITION SPACE (October 3-5, 2025)

• October 3, 2025, between 4.30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• October 4-5, 2025, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

ACCESS TO EXHIBITORS

• Car access for exhibitors: September 30 – October 2, 2025 at gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei no. 1) of the Romexpo Exhibition Centre, in the parking lot intended for them, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and on October 3, 2025 between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Pedestrian access for exhibitors: September 30 – October 2, 2025 at gates B (Bd. Expoziţiei no. 4), E (Bd. Poligrafiei no. 1) and D (Str. Parcului, Mercedes dealership) based on the exhibitor badge, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and on October 3, 2025 between 9:30 a.m and 8:00 p.m.
• Exhibitor Parking Card valid for the entire period of the trade fair: 21 EUR/unit + VAT.
